Artist, Illustrator & Writer

Meet the Artist

Hello! My name is Terri. I'm the artist, illustrator and writer behind Wild Things Mail Club. I believe that snail mail should feel like something—a hand-drawn invitation to slow down and notice the quiet wonders of nature. Every postcard, story, and tiny treasure is created with care in my studio, made for curious wanderers who still believe in the magic of a full mailbox and everyday micro adventures.

My process is slow and intentional. I use watercolors, pencils, and found treasures to build stories you can hold in your hands. I believe that in our digital world, receiving a physical piece of wonder is a small but powerful way to stay curious.

The Painting Process

Take a peek. I love sharing how these nature-inspired stories come to life, from the first pencil sketch to the final wash of watercolor.

My Philosophy

I believe adventure doesn't have to be far away.

It can begin with a quiet walk beneath changing leaves, a feather found along the trail, the call of a bird overhead, or a pocket filled with acorns and tiny treasures.

Wild Things Mail Club is an invitation to slow down, look closer, and discover the wonder waiting in ordinary places. Every mailing is created to celebrate curiosity, creativity, and the small adventures we can find every day.

Wild Things Mail Club is an invitation to treat yourself to something special in the mail, plus supplies to send a handwritten note to someone else. It will brighten your day — and theirs too.”
